Tentnus and incomplete tetnus are parts of muscle contraction. incomplete tetnus is when it is building to the peak. Complete is when it is at "max power."

Incomplete tetanus is what happens when the muscle contraction is reaching the peak. Complete tetanus is when the muscle is totally contracted. When it's complete it is at maximum power.

Compete tetanus and incomplete tetanus are parts of muscle contraction cycle. Complete tetanus is the peak of the muscle contraction when there is the most power. Incompete tetanus is the buildof strength to the complete tetanus.
