The cardiac muscle for the body is located in the heart. What makes this type of muscle so important and how does it differ from skeletal and smooth muscle?

This muscle is easily the most important muscle in the body. It keeps us alive. It has the highest level of endurance compared to smooth or skeletal muscles. It also never stops flexing.

The cardiac muscle is an unbelieveable endurance muscle. It is high in mitochondria and myoglobins. Both of these things give it high energy and alot of endurance.
