What are some of the difference between Prokaryotic and Eudaryotic Cells?

Prokaryotic cells are a single celled organism, they have a single strand of DNA, they have a capsule and they were here 3.5 billion years ago. Eukaryotic cells are made up of more than one cell. They were here 1.5 billion years ago.
