Myasthenia gravis is a neuromuscular disease. It often leads to fluctuating muscle weakness and fatiguability. You only have to worry about getting it if you have neuromuscular problems.

It is an neuromuscular disease that causes extreme muscle weakness. Certain antibodies start attacking the nerve receptors of the body. This blocks the nerve signals so the muscles do not contract at full strength hence the weakness.
