The normal electrical conduction in the heart allows the impulse that is generated by the sinoatrial node (SA node) of the heart to be propagated to (and stimulate) the myocardium (Cardiac muscle). The myocardium contracts after stimulation. It is the ordered stimulation of the myocardium that allows efficient contraction of the heart, thereby allowing blood to be pumped throughout the body.
The normal electrical rythm of the heart allows it to beat and stuff making this SA node thing. The heart is stimulated and the muscle contracts. When the muscle contracts it pumps the blood.
The S-A node initiates one impulse after another, 70-80 times a minute in an adult. The electrical pulse is sent from right to left. It is also called the pacemaker of the heart. The Atrioventricular Node (A-V node) acts as a junction for the electrical impulses of the S-A node and passes the signal down the A-V bundle to the ventricles of the heart. The impulse then passes down the A-V bundle to the Purkinje fibers and into the papillary muscles

It sends electricity inpulses to the heart. This causes the heart to beat.

It send elecrical pulses through your heart to keep it going. The pulses cause the heart to flex. That flex in turn pumps the blood through the body.
